TERMS & CONDITIONS (SALES TERMS)

2. What we provide
We provide online dental education and digital educational content, including but not limited to:
- live online sessions via Zoom,
- communication and support via WhatsApp,
- access to Smilecloud Master Case documentation and resources, and
- access to exclusive Smilecloud 3DNA tutorials hosted on YouTube (private/unlisted links)
The exact scope of the education depends on the selected program/offer as described at the time of purchase.
3. Ordering process (Pay By Link or wire transfer)
Participants can complete the purchase using one of the following payment options:
Option A — Pay By Link (card payment)
We may send you a secure Pay By Link payment link. To complete the purchase you will:
- open the payment link,
- enter the required customer/billing details, and
- complete the card payment on the secure payment page.
Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation.
Option B — Wire transfer (bank transfer)
If you choose to pay by wire transfer, we will provide you with the payment details (bank account information and payment reference). The purchase is considered confirmed once the funds are received on our account.
After payment confirmation, we will send the Kick-off email within 2 hours as described in Section 6.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are expressed in EUR, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price applicable to the customer is the price displayed when the Pay By Link payment link is issued.
5. Payment method
Card payments are processed via CorvusPay, a secure online payment system. The merchant does not store card data and does not have access to the full card details.
6. Delivery / access to the education (Kick-off email)
After successful payment, the participant receives a Kick-off email containing:
- all essential instructions and onboarding information,
- details and access steps for the WhatsApp group,
- access information for the Smilecloud Master Case resources, and
- links to the exclusive Smilecloud 3DNA tutorials (YouTube links).
Delivery timeframe: within 2 hours after payment confirmation.
If the participant does not receive the Kick-off email within the stated timeframe, please contact coronadentis.dn@gmail.com.
7. Communication channels and participation requirements
Program delivery and communication may include:
- WhatsApp group communication and updates,
- live Zoom meetings, and
- access to Smilecloud documentation and resources.
Participants are responsible for having internet access, a device capable of joining Zoom sessions, and a functioning email address/WhatsApp account for receiving instructions and communications.
8. Refunds / right of withdrawal
Because the purchase includes digital content and immediate/rapid access delivered by the Kick-off email, refunds are not available once the Kick-off email has been sent, as access to the digital content and resources is granted and remains available permanently.
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no refund can be issued after the Kick-off email is delivered.

9. Intellectual property
All educational materials, videos, documents, links and resources are protected by intellectual property laws. They are provided for the participant’s personal educational use only. Copying, sharing, reselling, recording, redistribution or publishing of any content is not permitted without written permission from the merchant.
10. Disclaimer
The content is provided for professional educational purposes. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the participant and must be made according to professional standards, local regulations and individual patient circumstances. The merchant does not guarantee specific outcomes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
